All tiled and paved areas are washed down with a hosepipe and surplus water is then removed with a squeegee insuring that no puddles are formed and no drying marks are left.

Sometimes paved and tiled areas that have been neglected for any length of time will have moss form on the tile surface, where this is the case we can jet wash and mop down the tiles. An anti mold solution is applied to prevent reoccurrence. This service can be priced upon inspection.
