We are Steve & Jacqui Ward and we have been living and running our own successful Property Management & Holiday Rental Business ( Playa Flamenca Property Hounds ) here in the South Costa Blanca for 14 years.

We have recently sold the Property Management & Holiday Rental Business and are now concentrating solely on Key Holding & Cleaning Services, ranging from full Villa and Apartment Cleans ( Spring Cleans ) Holiday Rental and Changeover Cleans, including a Laundry Service. Flamenco Cleaning Services are now working together with Property Management & Rental Companies and supplying their services throughout the South Costa Blanca region.

We also offer a full range of garden services, which include paved & tiled area wash downs as well as pool area wash downs, prior to owners or owners guests arrivals.

Due to the experience we have gained managing our own business here in Spain, we have an extensive list of professional contractors we can call upon at any time, such as Electricians, Plumbers, Builders, Locksmith, Washing Machine and Air-Conditioning engineers, Gardeners and Window Cleaners. We can also supply a Translator should the need occur. All the services which you may at sometime require can be supplied by ourselves.

Judging from our own experience, owning a property here in Spain and living out of the country does raise a number of concerns? - Is my property secure? Did my last guests clean the property properly before they left? Did they turn off the water and switch off the electricity? Why is money being taken from my bank account by the Iberdrola? We aim to provide a service to cover the concerns of property owners here in Spain.
